Cry me a river

I have been reading some really negative blogs of late. I have decided to stay away from them, as they get my blood pressure up.
Complaining about the system - does not change the system. However, I am confused as to why individuals feel that they are "entitled" to things. Entitled to the government paying their medical bills. Entitled to the government handing out money for them to live on every month. Granted, some individuals are too sick to work, then there are others that are not. There are some individuals that spend all their time figuring out how to work the system while wasting time looking for a job. A little pain and discomfort shall not constitute a free ride. Many, many cancer warriors work.
I would really like to know why some American’s feel that the government owes them. Is it a law or something that I have missed that we are owed?
Now, if I was in my sixties, worked my entire life, and found out I was sick, that is a different story, but in your 30’s ? Give me a break.
Complain, complain, use your energy towards healing your bodies, and go get a job.
If you can afford cigarettes, you can afford medical insurance. Hey cigarettes are heck of expensive!
